চলতি মার্চ/২০২৪ হতে প্রতি ইংরেজী মাসের ১ম বৃহস্পতিবার নি¤œস্বাক্ষরকারীর দপ্তর কক্ষে সকল ধরনের কাজের অগ্রগতি সম্পর্কিত বিষয়ে সকাল ১১.০০ ঘটিকায় সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। উক্ত সভায় নির্বাহী প্রকৌশলী ও উপ-বিভাগীয় প্রকৌশলীগনকে যথাসময়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সকল কাজের অগ্রগতির প্রতিবেদনসহ (অগ্রগতি শূণ্য হলেও তালিকায় উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে) উপস্থিত থাকার জন্য বলা হলো।
