চলতি মার্চ/২০২৪ হতে প্রতি ইংরেজী মাসের ১ম বৃহস্পতিবার নি¤œস্বাক্ষরকারীর দপ্তর কক্ষে সকল ধরনের কাজের অগ্রগতি সম্পর্কিত বিষয়ে সকাল ১১.০০ ঘটিকায় সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। উক্ত সভায় নির্বাহী প্রকৌশলী ও উপ-বিভাগীয় প্রকৌশলীগনকে যথাসময়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সকল কাজের অগ্রগতির প্রতিবেদনসহ (অগ্রগতি শূণ্য হলেও তালিকায় উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে) উপস্থিত থাকার জন্য বলা হলো।

Details
Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. in the office room of the undersigned at 11.00 a.m. on all matters related to the progress of the work from the current March/2024. The executive engineer and sub-divisional engineers were asked to attend the meeting along with the progress report of all the works of the respective departments (even if the progress is zero, it should be mentioned in the list).

Discussion topics of the meeting:
(a) Discussion about the progress of all works.
(b) Miscellaneous.
